    9. Setup owner's website to track progress & view updates on all activities
    10. Place ad in Homes & Land RE Magazine & www.HomesandLand.com
    11. Place ad in The Real Estate Book & www.realestatebook.com
    12. Download listing to www.SoldByCarin.com to receive traffic from Yahoo Real Estate & 10 other traffic driven sites
    13. Order & schedule the video to showcase your home on The Open House Show-Fox 10 on Sunday mornings! 
    14. Create Showcase Listing on www.REALTOR.com
    15. Set up Homefeedback.com and/or Showingfeedback.com account
    16. Email relocation buyer database (I receive over 20 each month)
    17. Email/notify buyer database
    18. Notify the Top 100 Agents of this new listing
    19. Schedule property for tour with 10-12 other REALTORS® 
    20. Mail 'Just Listed' postcards to neighborhood & 'farm' area
    21. Advertise at local bank branches, Wells Fargo & Chase
    22. Phone all potential buyers with details of listing
    23. Feature home on Google, Yahoo, Homepages, Homegain & 10 other real estate search engines/sites
    24. Arrange showings for other agents
    25. Contact you regularly with verbal progress reports
    26. Prepare and deliver Marketing Service report to owner
    27. Review marketing activities with owner
    28. Pre-qualify potential buyers
    29. Present and discuss all offers on property with owner
    30. Negotiate the transaction with other agent
    31. Finalize the closing
    32. Arrange for relocation agent, if required
